The pillow itself is not machine washable, however, cleaning your pillows is quick and easy. Unzip the outer bamboo viscose casing and machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach as it may weaken the bamboo viscose fibers. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron or dry clean.

COMFY AND ADJUSTABLE!
I have had the pillow several months. I removed about half the filling gradually to get it to my comfort level. The pillow never goes flat. I have had solid foam pillows off and on for years and this one is much more comfortable.
